What should I do now?
List a few tasks. Tell it your energy. Let the page choose one, so you don’t have to.
My energy right now
How it works
- Write a few tasks, one per line. Up to eight.
- Tap your energy. It changes the advice and the timer, not the fairness.
- Tap “choose for me”. Don’t like it? “Not that one” picks again without it.
Why it helps ADHD brains
When every task feels equally urgent, choosing can take more energy than doing. Handing the choice to chance removes the debate.
Any start is a good start. You can always switch after the first ten minutes.
Questions
Is it really random?
Yes, among the tasks you listed and haven’t skipped. That’s the point: no debate.
Why does it ask about energy?
It changes the advice and the timer length: two minutes when you’re low, longer when you have more.
How many tasks can I add?
Up to eight. Fewer is easier.
